Almost HeavInn is built to be as maintenance free and energy efficient as possible. The exterior is hardi-plank which has a 50-year guarantee and the paint is warranted against peeling and blisterering for the life of the home. The home is zoned for a/c & heat and there are two high-efficiency units. All windows are insulated and there is also a central vaccuum system for the entire home. The owners/innkeepers of Almost HeavInn have a private wing of the home joined by doors leading into the formal dining room and entry.
The family room is 16X20' and features a vaulted ceiling, rock fireplace, custom built-ins and wood floors.	The kitchen/breakfast area is 17X22' and features wood floors, custom oak cabinets, butler's pantry, gas range on island, double oven, warming drawer, built-in microwave & dishwasher.
The master bedroom also has a vaulted ceiling  and the master bath features a large garden tub, separate shower, large closet and a beautiful stained glass window over the tub.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped with Encore Azaleas which bloom 3 times a year, roses and lots of perennials.
The hot tub is located on the owner's side of the home adjacent to a large wood deck that joins the carport.	The detached garage is over-sized and has a separate room that can be used for storage or a workshop and could easily be converted to become a craft room for retreats.
The owner's wing also includes an office/craft room, laundry room, storage closet and half bath. The 34 acres are a combination of open fields, rolling hills and woods. There is a small vegetable garden area close to the home and also a 5-acre open field that has been farmed in past years.  East Texas is known for its fertile soil and vegetable gardening is a delight!
